I don’t know if this is Legal but I was at my window doing my dishes and my neighbor, which has plenty of trash cans walks across the street with a bag full of feces from her dog and she is looking around she didn’t know I was home and dumped it in my trash can. Now I know my husband and I that sit out on our patio we’ve been wondering why the flies are so bad….. now I know.

We lean toward the no-drop side. If your dog dumped it, you should pick it up and dispose of it properly in your own can or a public receptacle. (And if a public garbage can is already overflowing, you should hold onto the bag until you take it home or find a public can with space.) People shouldn’t have to deal with someone else’s dog poop.
